When will my order ship?

Generally orders are dispatched 1-4 business days after order is confirmed.

Which carriers do we use to ship?

We use InPost for domestic orders and DHL and UPS Priority Mail for international orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For both domestic and international orders. After dispatch, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days for domestic and Europe, and for outside Europe 5-10 business days or sooner. Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing, usually we process the order the same day. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch. After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.

Do I need to be present at delivery?
No, generally if a signature is required InPost, DHL or UPS will contact you, if not then make sure someone is there to receive it for you.

Duties and taxes:

COASTAL is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. EU orders are not subject to tax/custom duties. However, if you are not sure about this shoot us an email, and we'll check for you!

How long will it take for me to get my order within Europe?

After dispatch your order will arrive within 2-5 business days.

What is our Return Policy?

We accept items purchased from in new condition with tags and liners (bikinis) intact for us to approve the return. Return shipping is at customer expense for now. You have 14 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a full refund which will be returned to your bank account within 14 days. Please note all final&archive sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Those items are also not eligible for exchange. Black Friday sale items are eligible for store credit returns only. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.

Naturally any faulty items can be returned. If you notice any imperfections or faults, just contact us and we'll do our best to proceed with our producers to fix it (so as not to create more waste), if it's unrepairable, than we'll exchange it for a new one for you. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. 

Is it easy to return items?

Super easy – initiate a return via email to and include your name and order number. Then ship your return + filled out form (click here to download) to the address below. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive a confirmation via email.
