When will my order ship?

Generally orders are dispatched 1-2 business days after order is confirmed.

Witch carriers do we use to ship?

We use UPS priority mail for both domestic and international orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After dispatch, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch. 

**Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers. On rare occasions your package can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

How can I track my order?

After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.

Do I need to be present at delivery?
Yes, you or someone else will need to be present as all of our packages require a signature. However if you must take the signature off, please leave a note on your order or contact us right away. Please keep in mind by waiving the signature we will not be liable for any missing, lost, or stolen packages.

Duties and taxes:

COASTAL is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. EU orders are not subject to tax/custom duties. 

How long will it take for me to get my order within Europe?

After dispatch your order will arrive within 2-5 business days.

What is our Return Policy?

We accept items purchased from in new condition with tags and liners (bikinis) in tact for us to approve the return.  Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 14 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit or cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Is it easy to return items?

Super easy – initiate a return via email to and include your name and order number. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and return address via email.
